Working internationally to deliver coaching, facilitation, and consulting engagements to corporate, non-profit, and government clients, Julie excels at strategy, development and delivering scalable solutions that meet the core needs of organizations ranging from large-scale multi-nationals to mid and small-sized businesses.

Julie works together with the client--individual, team or organization--to access their unique transformative process. Every client’s life, work, and experiences are unique, and it is by working with the emergent qualities of the client’s experiences and their life coupled with the desired outcomes and vision that we are able to create solution focused behaviors, outcomes, change and personal and group evolution.

With 20 years of experience in individual and organizational coaching, Julie is passionate about working in ways that empower people to become the best possible versions of themselves and what they are creating and contributing to. Her work with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups, boards, task-forces, committees, project teams, private and academic leadership groups takes a variety of forms. They've included Women in Management at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, the Interpersonal Dynamics Group in the Business Psychology bachelors program at Palo Alto University, and Women in Management Silicon Valley, a peer mentoring group for women managers, directors, and executives.

A specialist in facilitating actualization processes that allow groups, teams, individuals, and organizations to access and deepen their resources so that they can realize more effective behaviors and higher performance, Julie uncovers core strengths and helps her clients focus their visions to exceed their potential. Her non-profit and for-profit business work experience includes strategic development, executive leadership training, organizational transformation, program development, team building, group facilitation, and product innovation. She is also passionate about the intersection of work and the transpersonal and the transformative power this interplay delivers in the journey of our lives.

Julie studied literature, art, and psychology. Currently, she resides in Santa Cruz, CA, which allows her to savor the sounds of the ocean while gazing at mountains of redwoods.
